• 1997: TCI is officially founded.  Located initially on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston, our Commonwealth Forum for CEOs is launched, paving the way for future Forums, including Nonprofit, Senior Executive Women, Sole Proprietor and additional, regional offerings.
  • 2002: First ranking of the Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts, in partnership with Babson College. Four years later, in 2006, we launch the Top 50 Research event in South Florida.  In 2010, we partnered with the Boston Business Journal on the Top 100 Awards and Celebration.
  • 2003: Launch of our Signature Event Series with a speech by Former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright. Later events featured other notable women, such as Condoleezza Rice, Nancy Pelosi and Gloria Steinem, speaking on global issues and leadership lessons.
  • 2004: South Florida TCI office founded, serving Miami-Dade county.  Subsequent expansion includes Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
  • 2007: South Florida office provides nonprofit leaders with scholarship access to TCI Forums, via a partnership with the Deborah L. Natansohn Foundation.
  • 2011: Launch of Strategies for Success development program for emerging and high potential women leaders.
  • 2012: TCI celebrates 15 years of operation.
