Mrs. Silverman’s professional career has spanned over 30 years in business where she is most well recognized as one of the first women in Massachusetts to take a company public. In 1988, she founded CRA Managed Care (now Concentra Managed Care), a provider of services to reduce the costs of workers’ compensation, automobile, disability and health insurance claims.

For nearly 30 years, Arlene has been working in the financial services industry, acquiring knowledge while dispensing invaluable wisdom along the way. As a Financial Advisor at Wells Fargo Wealth Management and prior to that, Citibank/Citicorp Investment Services, Arlene earned her clients’ trust with her transparency and creative thinking. Her genuine desire to empower her clients ultimately led her to take the entrepreneurial route in 2015 when she established her own Independent Wealth Management Practice with Raymond James Financial Services. Inspired by her own transition and grateful for the opportunity to work independently under the renowned Raymond James brand, Arlene has adapted a “financial coach philosophy” in her practice. Barbara Liberatore Black is a Managing Director of JLL since December 2015. Prior to joining JLL Brokerage, Barbara was one of four Founding Partners of Cresa nationally. Barbara began this career in 1980, specializing in tenant representation and handling the real estate needs of tenants. During her career, Barbara has completed office lease transactions totaling more than 10 million square feet. Barbara is an expert in law firm transactions having represented over 60 law firm transactions; recent transactions include Shutts & Bowen which was the largest downtown office lease in South Florida and Gray Robinson for 35,000 RSF. Recently she handled US Century Bank for 40,000 RSF and is currently representing Modernizing Medicine, CHG, Marsh, Weiss Serota, to name a few. She has also been the exclusive representative for many financial institutions, corporations and Not-For-Profit organizations.
Vice President, Revenue Management and Onboard Revenue Celebrity Cruises Susan Bonner was appointed Vice President of Revenue Management and Onboard Revenue for modern luxury cruise line Celebrity Cruises and its 10-ship fleet in January 2015. Bonner’s dedicated departments are made up of more than 30 employees responsible for the pricing and inventory strategy of the brand’s robust cruise vacation portfolio, and core onboard operations, including retail shops, spa and wellness facilities, internet, casinos and more. Bonner has been with the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. corporation since 2008. Prior to her current role as Vice President with Celebrity, she most recently led the revenue management and onboard revenue performance of sister brand Royal Caribbean International during the line’s major introduction of the widely acclaimed ship Quantum of the Seas. Bonner’s wealth of experience includes numerous leadership roles within the cruise industry, where she oversaw revenue operations, including her previous role with Celebrity, where she was involved in the introduction of the brand’s industry-changing Solstice Class ships. Bonner pursued her higher education as she studied Marketing at the prestigious Tulane University. She is a Mets fan, hot yoga enthusiast and the proud mother of her 16-year-old son.

Tina Brown is a fifteen year veteran in the field of accounting and business management for both corporate and non profit entities. She has a diverse work history portfolio that includes experience in the field of cost accounting, auditing, general ledger maintenance, taxation, budgeting, systems implementation, and management experience. In 2005 Tina was fortunate to land a position at the Alonzo Mourning’s Overtown Youth Center as the Finance Director. As the Finance Director, she was responsible for the oversight of a $1.8 million budget and the supervision of the Human Resource, Information Technology and Facilities. After serving in the capacity of Interim Director for approximately one year and three months, Tina was appointed as Executive Director by Alonzo Mourning. Tina earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Savannah State University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from University of Phoenix. Born in Miami, she currently lives in Miami, Florida with her husband and three children, Kaige, Kaiden and Canaan Brown.

Kirsten now oversees the operational and financial aspects of the One Parking portfolio at the corporate level (currently 75 locations nationwide). Amy Hurwitz is an experienced litigator whose practice focuses on the defense of mass tort, commercial and consumer class action claims in state and federal courts. She has wide-ranging experience in all aspects of litigation, from its inception through trial. Her prior work experience in the health care industry gives her a particularly useful perspective in matters involving complex medical and scientific issues. Ms. Hurwitz has extensive experience representing clients in the tobacco, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and medical device industries. Ms. Hurwitz' experience includes conducting all aspects of the coordination and management of the defense of major corporations against both individual and class action lawsuits. She is involved in all phases of litigation, from the initial stages of fact investigation and strategy development through trial. In addition to serving various roles at the pre-trial level including strategy and defensive theme development, fact investigation, expert witness development and legal drafting, Ms. Hurwitz has notable trial experience and has been an integral part of many trial teams. Ms. Hurwitz also maintains an active role in pro bono work, including advocating as a guardian ad litem and participating in local legal aid clinics. Ms. Hurwitz is active in the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section’s Trial Techniques Committee, where she currently serves as Committee Chair.

Kendra’s passion is around strategic development and execution for growth. She began her 9 year career with Ryder in the Corporate Strategy group and worked her way up to lead strategic development for the Supply Chain Solutions division of Ryder. After her time in Strategy, Kendra took over running the Sales Solutions team and during this period Supply Chain Solutions Sales had their two most successful years on record.
Toni Randolph was founder of RANOR, Inc., a private label manufacturer and brand management company. Her customers included major retailers, Wal-Mart, K-Mart JC Penny and Petrie Stores.

Schneider earned her Doctor of Business Administration in Health Services and Master of Business Administration in Management from Nova Southeastern University in Davie. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne and her associate’s degree in accounting from Florida State University in Tallahassee. Schneider is a proud member of several prestigious organizations including the Healthcare Finance Management Association, the American College of Healthcare Executives and the National Association of Professional Women. Florida Medical Center names Heather Schneider as its new chief financial officer. She joins the administrative team with extensive financial healthcare experience, having most recently served as the chief financial officer at The Hospitals of Providence East Campus, a 182-bed acute care hospital in El Paso, Texas. In her new role, Schneider will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of Florida Medical Center and its many departments. During her tenure at The Hospitals of Providence (formerly known as the Sierra Providence Health Network), Schneider was responsible for the direct supervision of accounting, revenue cycle, admitting, case management, IT, materials management and health information management. Among her many accomplishments was the implementation of a “hotspotting” program to assist patients frequently admitted/readmitted to network hospitals with home support to address their health issues.

Lindy Smiley is currently Senior Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources. In this role Lindy’s oversight includes Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits for the US and European operation. Lindy works closely with the executive team on all employment related matters. Prior to joining Starwood, Lindy spent nearly fifteen years working in various capacities of Human Resources both in New York and Miami. Lindy’s career began on the recruitment side with Progressive Insurance and then moved into the Financial Services arena as an HR Generalist for Moody’s, supporting Structured Finance. Dr. Germaine Smith-Baugh is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Urban League of Broward County. Founded in 1975, the Urban League of Broward County is an affiliate of the National Urban League, a historic civil rights organization dedicated to economic empowerment in order to elevate the standard of living in historically underserved urban communities. Serving as President and CEO since 2006, Dr. Smith-Baugh was appointed as the only woman and the youngest administrator to lead an Urban League affiliate in Florida. She is credited with several achievements within the community including one of the most significant accomplishments in the agency’s history; the launching of a $9 million dollar Community Empowerment Center. The center expanded the programs and services offered by the Urban League and further advanced its mission of assisting African Americans to achieve social and economic equality. Germaine credits her accomplishments to a strong commitment to her faith and family and the demonstration of hard work and perseverance by her parents serve as a cornerstone in Germaine’s success. Dr. Smith-Baugh is married to Paul Allan Baugh, an administrator for the School Board of Broward County, and is the mother of one son, Allan Nathaniel Baugh and a daughter, Victoria Niara Baugh.
