Lisa Kauffman leads Celebrity Cruises’ overall marketing program, including global brand strategy, product development, digital marketing, e-commerce, consumer insights, advertising, direct marketing, and guest loyalty programs.
Since joining Celebrity in 2009, Lisa has led a team whose numerous accomplishments include the creation of award-winning campaigns and repositioning the brand with the “modern luxury” platform that has proven to resonate powerfully with its target customers. Lisa also has secured high profile partnerships with organizations such as Bravo Media, resulting in a culinary integration with the network’s Emmy® Award-winning Top Chef competition series.
Prior to joining Celebrity Cruises, Lisa held leadership roles in the retail and marketing arenas with premium brands, including serving as senior vice president of marketing for Macy’s Florida, where she led a team responsible for marketing, advertising, sales promotion, public relations, special events, loyalty marketing and direct marketing. She was credited with several innovative marketing and sales strategies to support product launches, promotions, customer loyalty programs, store openings and brand enhancement.
Previously, Lisa served as vice president of media buying, production and technology, and vice president of strategic marketing for the retail giant. Prior to Macy’s Florida, she served in several progressive roles with The Walt Disney Company, after also holding a position in merchandising with Saks Fifth Avenue in New York.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Lisa also studied at the American College in Paris, France. She is a member of several professional and Miami-Dade County, Fla.. organizations, including the CEO Forum of The Commonwealth Institute and The Beacon Council’s Fashion & Lifestyle Task Force.
A native of Miami Beach, Lisa, her husband and their three sons reside there today.
