Baptist Health South Florida
Assistant vice president of marketing communications at Baptist Health South Florida, the region’s largest, not-for-profit healthcare organization. She leads comprehensive marketing initiatives for the health system’s seven hospitals and more than 30 outpatient centers.
Christine’s 20-year career in marketing and public relations has ranged from social service agencies to higher education to healthcare. She began her career in communications as a journalist in New Jersey, where she won an Associated Press award for a special report on teen pregnancy. She earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in communications and political science at the University of Miami.
Committed to advancing the practice of marketing/PR as well as mentoring young professionals in the field, Christine serves on the national executive committee of the Health Academy of the Public Relations Society of America. She also has mentored public relations students at the University of Miami. In addition, she is an active member of the education committee at Temple Judea, serves on the Holiday Music Committee at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, and participates in causes supporting youth, education and women’s issues.
Christine lives with her husband, Josh, and their children, Jacob and Sarah, in South Miami.
