Annie Drapeau joined Bain Capital in 2015. Previously, she was EVP of Corporate Strategy and Talent at Iron Mountain, where she also led their portfolio of emerging businesses. Prior to Iron Mountain, Drapeau co-founded the Center for Leading Organizations, a management-consulting firm focused on strategic alignment and organizational effectiveness. Clients included Fortune 100 companies, global professional services firms, and a number of large non-profit organizations. Before that, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Vistaprint, helping to fuel the rapid growth of this e-commerce company by building a talent acquisition and development structure and culture. Drapeau held a variety of executive level positions at Digitas, including leadership of the Customer Experience practice area and the role of Chief People Officer. Earlier in her career, she was part of the Strategic Planning team at PepsiCo, and worked in Corporate Finance at JP Morgan. She is the co-author of the book The Trusted Leader: Bringing Out the Best in Your People and Your Company and has been published in the Harvard Business Review and other business publications on a variety of leadership topics. She holds a bachelor’s in chemical engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College. She is on the Alumni Association Board of Directors at Bucknell University, serves on the Advisory Board of Directors for the Posse Foundation, and is a Trustee of the Nashoba Brooks School.
