The Commonwealth Institute is honored to welcome back Secretary Madeleine Albright for what promises to be an enlightening and inspiring luncheon.
Hear from Madam Secretary as she discusses her latest book, Fascism: A Warning (April, 2018), a timely and personal look at the history and resurgence of fascism in which Secretary Albright paints a picture of how and why fascism flourishes, and offers clear solutions to the challenges we face.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Madeleine Albright served as America’s sixty-fourth Secretary of State from 1997 to 2001. Her distinguished career also includes positions on Capitol Hill, the National Security Council, and as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. She is a resident of Washington, D.C., and Virginia.
