Boston: Tough Talk – Difficult Questions on Management & Leadership
April 13, 2017 @ 8:00 am - 10:00 am
How do I know when it is time to fire someone?
How do I prepare for a really difficult conversation?
How do I drive change in my organization?
My team is a mess, how do I go about fixing it?
Some questions are too provocative, too sensitive, too difficult to discuss with your boss – and some questions you’ve been afraid to ask.
In an intimate and safe space, you’ll get the answers to your questions. Led by edX President & COO Wendy Cebula and Executive Coach & Organizational Development Consultant Shirley Schlatka, and we’ll dig into your controversial questions and help you work through the solutions. You’ll get to submit your question in advance (either anonymously or identified) and we’ll select 3-5 questions to work through in a coaching session, to benefit the whole group. Between the moderators and fellow attendees, you’ll have decades of experience addressing your issue!
Seating is limited, so register soon to reserve your spot!
