Some questions are too provocative, too sensitive, too difficult to discuss with your boss – and some questions you’ve been afraid to ask.
In an intimate and safe space, you’ll get the answers to your questions. Led by edX President & COO Wendy Cebula and Executive Coach & Organizational Development Consultant Shirley Schlatka, and we’ll dig into your controversial questions and help you work through the solutions. You’ll get to submit your question in advance (either anonymously or identified) and we’ll select 3-5 questions to work through in a coaching session, to benefit the whole group. Between the moderators and fellow attendees, you’ll have decades of experience addressing your issue!

ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
Wendy Cebula Wendy Cebula is president and chief operating officer at edX, managing the nonprofit’s day-to-day operations and positioning it for accelerated growth. Wendy brings strong digital and business expertise and has successfully grown and run large online businesses. She is best known for her 13-year tenure at Vistaprint, a leading online provider of professional marketing products and services to micro businesses and the home, where she recently served as chief operating officer and helped grow and scale the company from $1 million to more than $1 billion in revenue globally. Wendy is a member of the Board of Directors for ResearchNow and also serves on the Board of Directors of the Commonwealth Institute, a nonprofit founded to help women-led businesses become and stay successful. Wendy received her B.S. in international finance from Rochester Institute of Technology. Outside of work, you will most often find Wendy enjoying time with her family.
Shirley Schlatka Mrs. Schlatka is a passionate executive coach and organizational development consultant that supports individuals, teams and organizations to help them transform. Currently Shirley has her own consulting practice, Material Advantage Inc, where she works with senior leaders, leadership teams and organizations on strategy and culture. Prior to this role Shirley lead executive and organizational development at Vistaprint, working with the company’s top executives to help them achieve business goals and personal goals. Before joining Vistaprint, Shirley worked for Linkage, a leadership and organization development consulting firm, as a vice president of Innovation and principal consultant. In this role she has worked with executives in multiple leading companies to help them ensure they can achieve desired business results by developing great leaders. Prior to focusing on leadership development and coaching, Shirley had held several key business roles including; Reebok as director of new business development, Ernst & Young as a marketing and strategy consultant and FedEx as a marketing and sales manager. Shirley holds a law degree with a minor in economics from Tel-Aviv University and holds an MBA from HBS.
