Elise won an award as Asian Entreprenuer of the Year in the Service category from Asian Enterprise Magazine in May of 2005. She was also featured in the April 2005 issue of Fortune Magazine in their article entitled Partnering for Profit. In 2002, 2003, and 2004 the Boston-based Commonwealth Institute, which is a CEO forum of women entrepreneurs, selected FFP Global as one of the top 100 women-led businesses in Massachusetts.

Additionally, the Boston Business Journal has listed FFP Global among Boston’s top 25 minority/women-owned businesses for several years. In 2001, SBC Communications named FFP Global Vendor of the Quarter for exceeding sales goals. In 1998, Mrs. Chow won the Businesswoman of the Year Award from the Boston-based Commonwealth Institute.

Mrs. Chow joined Digital Equipment Corporation in 1979 and is a 20-year veteran of the computer industry. Leveraging her broad experience in manufacturing, logistics, strategic planning, and human relations helped her establish Digital’s first software manufacturing site in the Asia Pacific Region.
