Last fall, TCI hosted the first program in our "Tomorrow's Issues Today" series, themed around managing multi-generational issues in the workplace. A hugely popular event, this program focused on communicating effectively with different generations and featured Sonya Hamlin, author of "How to Talk So People Listen."
